Example: Red Dye Stain Removal
Did you sit on your white couch with a new red T-shirt that was soaking wet? Don't worry! First Choice has it covered. For red dye stains, we do a heat transfer process with a 2-part solution. We then use a wet towel and heat it with an iron so that the stain transfers to the towel. We dry the area before we leave to see if there are any reactions and to be sure the stain is gone.
Remove the Stain, Not the Color!
When you remove a stain, you want to keep the original fabric's fiber integrity and original color intact. We're tough on stains, but gentle on fabric, carpet fiber and original dye color. There's nothing worse than trying to remove a stain yourself with a harsh chemical product, and find you are left with fading, color bleeding, or a "bleached out" look.
When to Call First Choice for Stain Removal:
- We can schedule you quickly for unexpected stains and carpet cleaning emergencies -- the sooner you call, the better! DON'T just use any cleaner you think might work. CALL FIRST, otherwise you might "set" the stain or hurt the color of your carpet or fabric.
- We treat pet stains, food stains, wine, grass, urine, vomit, blood, grease and oil, and more!
- We can do stain removal as a separate service, or as part of a wall-to-wall carpet cleaning.
- If we can't get the stain out, we'll let you know. If we treat a stain and you are not satisfied, we'll return and treat it again until it's right!
